Family Support
Addiction doesn’t just impact the individual—it affects the entire family system. If someone you love is struggling with substance use, you may feel overwhelmed, confused, hurt, or unsure of how to help. You don’t have to face it alone.
I offer dedicated support for family members—including spouses, parents, siblings, relatives, and guardians—who are navigating the challenges of addiction within their household or relationships. Whether you’re seeking clarity, education, or emotional support, my goal is to help you better understand addiction and take care of your own wellbeing in the process.
Through one-on-one sessions, I provide a safe, confidential space to explore your own emotions and boundaries, understand the disease of addiction and the recovery process, and develop healthier ways of communicating and coping. These sessions are designed to help you process the impact addiction has had on your life, while also equipping you with tools to move forward.
I also offer third-party guidance to help bridge conversations, reduce conflict, and build a foundation of understanding between family members.
Supporting someone in recovery—or someone who hasn’t yet chosen that path—can be incredibly complex. I’m here to walk alongside you, offer practical guidance, and help you regain a sense of stability and hope.
